Solar Power Potential - Solar Boston

The Solar Boston map allows the user to see renewable energy installations within the City, and to calculate the solar potential of building rooftops. The application was built entirely with ESRI ArcGIS and basemap content  and was authored with ArcGIS desktop. Solar radiation was calculated using the Solar Analyst extension using a building-aware digital elevation model.  Click here to go to the application
