Colin has over thirty years of Programme & Project Management experience in both private and public sectors and was the KPMG’s national lead for Project and Programme Management. He was responsible for the development of KPMG’s Portfolio Management programme and methodology.
During the last fifteen years Colin has programme managed several major UK and International Government IT & Land Registry Transformation Programmes, including Libya’s Land Registry Authority, the Government’s Information Authority & Civil Registry Authority. In Bahrain, KPMG engaged Colin to Programme Direct the development and implementation of their Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Colin originally trained with John Bartholomew & Sons in Edinburgh and on the arrival of the first computer generated mapping system, worked on the development of computerised cartography. Following this he was responsible for various mapping projects across Africa and The Middle East. His cartographic experience and expertise has been developed over the years incorporating the use of GIS, Satellite Imagery, Remote Sensing and GPS.
More recently, and since retirement from KPMG LLP, Colin has acted as an International Consultant in Land Management Systems and Programmes to various companies, both in the UK and overseas.
