By Rail

There are frequent and fast services from London St Pancras to St Albans taking between 20 – 30 minutes. There are also frequent services from London Blackfriars, these take between 30 – 45 minutes. (NB there are two stations in St Albans, St Albans and St Albans Abbey which is served by a separate line, you require the former).

On arrival at St Albans, the easiest thing is take a taxi from the station taxi rank to Redbourn. You can use the map above if the driver is uncertain of the location. The distance is about 6 miles and will take about 20 minutes depending on traffic.     

By Road

From M1 Southbound

Take Junction 9 exit slip-road, turn immediately left (1st exit) at the roundabout onto A5183 signposted St Albans and Herts Showground. Follow the road for 2 miles. At the roundabout, turn right (3rd exit) toward Redbourn. Drive for 0.5 miles and bear a sharp right signposted Redbourn Recreation Centre (Fire Station on right). Follow road round (Dunstable Road) and carry on for 0.5 miles to Recreation Centre on left hand side. The Hot Office Business Centre in Spectrum House our registered office and course venue, is immediately next to the Recreation Centre, on the left.

From M1 Northbound

Take Junction 9 exit slip-road, at roundabout turn right (3rd exit) and go under the motorway bridge. At roundabout immediately after bridge, carry straight on (2nd exit) onto A5183 signposted St Albans and Herts Showground. Follow the road for 2 miles. At roundabout, turn right (3rd exit) toward Redbourn. Drive for 0.5 miles and bear a sharp right signposted Redbourn Recreation Centre (Fire Station on right). Follow road round (Dunstable Road) and carry on for 0.5 miles to Recreation Centre on left hand side. From St. Albans

Take A5183 (old A5) from St Albans straight to Redbourn. At 1st roundabout carry straight on (2nd exit) towards Redbourn village. Upon approaching built up area of village, the road will bear sharp left. Turn right to carry straight on through village (shopping area). As you exit the village, bear left and carry straight on (signposted Redbourn Recreation Centre, Fire Station on opposite right corner). Follow road round (Dunstable Road) and carry on for 0.5 miles to Recreation Centre on left hand side. The Hot Office Business Centre in Spectrum House our registered office and course venue, is immediately next to the Recreation Centre, on the left.

Parking

There is no reserved parking at the Business Centre but there is free parking in the road which is wide and almost traffic free. Disabled parking is immediately in front of the office entrance and can be reserved on request.
