1. Definitions
Report:

“The UK Location Market Survey 2012: An Assessment of the Current Size and Future Direction of the UK Market for Location Information Products and Services”

As supplied in its entirety as an electronic document by ConsultingWhere Ltd.
Licensed user: organisation or individual that has purchased a copy of the Report through ConsultingWhere Ltd.

2. Granting of Licence

a. ConsultingWhere Ltd grants a perpetual licence to the Licensed User to print-off copies of the Report subject to the limitations on usage given in Clause 3.

3. Limitations on usage

a. This Report is for the exclusive use of the Licensed User.

i. Where the Licensed User is an organisation, the Report is not to be supplied or transmitted in any form to any other organisation or to any individual who is not an employee of that organisation.
ii. Where the Licensed User is an individual, the Report is not to be supplied or transmitted in any form to any other individual or organisation.
b. The grant of a user licence does not permit the Licensed User to do the following:
i. Publish the report on an in-house or external service;
ii. Create extracts for advertising or promotional purposes;
iii. Distribute to affiliates, partners or any other third parties.

4. Attribution

a. If any words, diagrams, tables, figures or other information is extracted from the Report, the following reference must also appear:

“The UK Location Market Study 2012, ConsultingWhere Ltd, London, UK”

5. Copyright and rights

a. Copyright and rights are exclusive to ConsultingWhere Ltd.
